The deceased anuradha is a child psychologist and happened to visit a hospital when she had a skin rash.She was given an injection, soon after which her condition deteriorated and she died.It was later discovered that she was given the wrong medication. This landmark judgement will be a first step in a new trend in doctor patient relationship. In USA, doctor fear the lawsuits from patients and make sure that the patient is taken into confidence in treatment procedures. The flip side is the high cost of medical services as the doctors need insurance to cover for insurance liabilities.
