Started on the 4th day of March 2011 under the leadership of Jc. Anil Malpani, JCI Hyderabad Synergy grew in terms of activities and productivity by creating a positive change in the society. It’s a young and vibrant chapter that started with a few active members but today it has a team of 35 core members. The vision of our chapter is to enhance the skills of every individual and to create better leaders.
Towards the end of our first year itself, JCI Hyderabad Synergy was awarded the “Outstanding New LOM (Local Organising Member)” at the NATCON (National Convention of JCI India) held here in Hyderabad, from 28th – 30th December 2011.
Being in its 3rd year of existence now, JCI Hyderabad Synergy has already created ripples in India with the work it has been and that which it is presently doing. Our current team is very young and dynamic as most of our members are below the age of 27 years. We have a lot of professionals in our fold that comprises of qualified Chartered Accountants, Interior Designers, Entrepreneurs and students from almost every background. The current President of our chapter is the youngest LOM president (19 years) in the history of JCI India, till date.

PROJECT 365 NIRMAAN
PROJECT 365 Nirmaan’ is an initiative by JCI Hyderabad Synergy, which was put to play on its 365th day of existence; and it is solely dedicated towards Empowering Intellectually Disabled/Challenged children/people, and to enhance the corridors of opportunities for them.
‘PROJECT 365 Nirmaan’ is an enduring project that caters to the needs of God’s Own Children, by providing them a platform to explore their hidden potential by way of organizing events, activities and competitions, which will truly uplift their spirits to help and assist them nurture – learning, growth and development, and excel in life; like all others.
JCI Hyderabad Synergy is all set to blend the right sense of serving humanity and community through this initiative with an aim to ignite a noble and legitimate cause, and promote the VISION of “Empowering the Intellectually Deprived.”

Activities under this project:-
We began the 1st phase of our project titled “24 Days 24 Schools” wherein we conducted Drawing/Painting, Singing and Dancing competitions for the differently abled/intellectually challenged children in all the 24 different schools; in order to explore and enhance their creative talent, and to uplift their tremendous enthusiasm and spirit. The activities were conducted from 2nd July 2012 to 248th July 2012. During this endeavour of ours, we reached out to over 2,000 children and we touched nearly 300 volunteers from different colleges, joining us for this noble cause.

SITAARE ZAMEEN PAR
Cultural Event:-
This event was a conducted to give a few special children picked individually from the above 24 schools respectively, a bigger platform to showcase their talent in the area of singing and dancing.
It was conducted on 6th October 2012 at Hari Hara Kala Bhavan, Patny, Secunderabad; in front of a huge gathering that was open to all, free of cost.
The Special Attraction of this programme was the 1st ever FASHION SHOW by these special children, which was very patiently coordinated and supported by INIFD, Himayatnagar.
Sports Event:-
The event was especially conducted and organised for the physically challenged students from different schools, on 10th October 2012 in L.B. Indoor Stadium, Abids, Hyderabad.
The Venue Partner for the event was Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh (SAAP) and was also very generously supported by the Paralympics Association of Andhra Pradesh.
